My background
I have two decades of experience working in HR across healthcare, media, technology and travel.
Throughout my career I’ve partnered, coached and supported senior leaders and CEOs, guiding them through the diverse range of challenges that leadership brings.
I’ve seen the best and worst of leadership practices, team dynamics and workplace cultures and use this insight to support you as you take this next exciting step in your career.
I’ve been there, I get it.
I remember my first role in senior leadership well - up late worrying, second-guessing decisions, trying to navigate tricky team dynamics, burning myself out trying to prove myself. It felt overwhelming, and for a while, I thought I ‘fake it ‘til you make it’ was going to see me through.
I soon realised that this approach wasn’t going to cut it. I sought support in the form of mentors, coaches and industry peers and learned that leadership was a skill I was going to need to constantly develop. Armed with the right network, tools, and mindset, I found my confidence and started to fully embrace the challenge of senior leadership.
Now, I help other new senior-leaders do the same - step up with clarity and confidence and build a legacy they’re proud of.
Outside of work
Great leadership starts with authenticity. Connection, trust, and influence don’t come from a polished facade, they come from being you.
So, in that spirit, here’s a little glimpse of me and my world:
- I’m a proud mum to two energetic boys.
- I love yoga, mountain biking, and anything outdoors.
- I’m passionate about travel and visiting new places, near or far.
- I’m energised by brilliant people - whether it’s their kindness, humour, ambition, and wisdom. I believe we all have something to give and something to learn.

I’m passionate and driven about everything I put my mind to. I believe great things can be achieved if we really want something and put in the required effort. I expect no less from my clients. I will challenge you to think bigger, believe in yourself and do the hard work. I’m happy to dive into uncomfortable conversations and bring challenge. This is the only way you’ll see significant change and reach your full potential.
Embrace change
I’m not the same person I was 10 years ago and I won’t be the same person 10 years from now. I believe we should be constantly learning about ourselves, others and the world around us. To do this you have to embrace a mindset of possibility and remain open to change. Learning to lead is a process of growth, and it can’t happen if you’re wedded to old beliefs and ways of operating. I’ll invite you to be open, to learn, to un-learn and grow.
Nurture the whole
You can’t expect to grow in one area and neglect the rest—everything is interconnected. I will guide you to give attention to the whole of who you are; to set boundaries, build strong foundations, and make sure you're aligned with your core values. This isn't just about achieving work goals, it’s about building a life that is in balance. We can’t ignore any part of your world and who you are if you’re serious about sustainable success.
